Olivia’s legal background is combined with over 7 years in customer service and administrative support. As a case manager she acts as the day-to-day contact for clients answering questions on their unique individual and business tax cases. Whether you have a question about your account or you received a letter in the mail, Olivia will be the person to talk to. She is always ready to greet our clients with kindness, compassion, and a lot of smiles.
